Students will train in an on-campus barbershop located at RCC’s Comtech Campus in Pembroke. The barber program will teach the students the essentials required in providing complete hair and skin services such as facial massages, 剃刀刮胡子, 现代弄头发, 休闲中心, 着色, and chemical services.

This comprehensive course provides instruction and clinical practice in manicuring, nail building (application and maintenance of artificial nails) and pedicuring. The course content includes nail anatomy, 指甲疾病, and irregularities of nails; theory and salesmanship as it relates to manicuring; actual practice in manicuring; and arm, hand and foot massage.

This comprehensive course provides instruction and hands-on practice in the concepts and techniques of Esthetics. Topics include safety, skin care, make-up, and other required topics. Graduates should be prepared to take the North Carolina 美容 State Board Licensing Exam and upon passing be licensed and qualify for employment in beauty and cosmetic/skin care salons, as a platform artist, and in related businesses.
成人高中
Participation in the 成人高中 (AHS) will not only grant students an opportunity to earn a high school diploma, but they will also become eligible to receive a Career Readiness Certificate and to enroll in Continuing 教育 Courses.

Successful completion of this course will allow you to take the licensure exam offered by the NC Board of Massage & 车体疗法. High school diploma or GED required for entry into the program. There are only 16 seats available for this class.

自然护发 Specialist is a 360-hour course designed to teach how to care for natural hair without the use of chemicals such as perms/relaxers and hair color. The style techniques include braiding, twisting, wrapping, extending and locking natural hair.

护士助理 I Refresher Course consists of a brief review of the 一级护士长 course and competency exam required for listing as a 一级护士长.
